Beetroot (26%), Water, Kumara, Onion (sautéed) [Onion, Canola Oil], Polenta, Feta (Vegan) (6%) [Water, Sunflower Oil, Modified Starch (1420, 1450), Coconut Flour, Salt, Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Mineral Salt (341), Natural Flavour, Yeast Extract, Citric Acid], Batter [Rice Flour, Maize Flour, Modified Starch (1420), Salt, Yeast Extract, Flavouring, Mineral Salts (450, 500), Dextrose, Spice, Thickener (415, 412)], Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs [Rice Flour, Maize Flour, Salt, Dextrose (Tapioca, Maize), Mineral Salts (450, 500], Citrus Fibre, Vegetable Oil, Corn Starch, Salt, Black Pepper.
Cooking Instructions
Oven Bake: Preheat Oven to 180°C. Place the frozen Pattie on a baking tray. Fan Bake for 15-18 minutes.
Pan Fry/ BBQ: Preheat BBQ or hot plate with 1 Tbsp oil. Place the frozen Pattie onto the preheated plate and cook for 4-5 minutes per side on medium to high heat.
All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Recommended centre temperature 72°C. Product requires further cooking prior to consumption. Keep Frozen (Store at or below minus 18°C). Once thawed do not refreeze.
