These Mediterranean Style falafels are made the Kiwi way with loads of chickpeas and tasty herbs and spices. Try them in a buddha bowl with lashings of garlicky hummus.

Ingredients
Chickpeas (57%), Onion, Seasoning [Rice Flour, Dehydrated Vegetables, Spices, Salt, Herb, Sugar, Soy Protein, Maltodextrin (Maize), Yeast Extract, Maize Flour, Dextrose (Tapioca, Maize), Vegetable Oils (Canola, Olive), Mineral Salts (450, 500), Herb Extract, Flavour], Water, Vegetable Fibre (pea), Vegetable Oil, Corn Starch, Modified Food Starch (E1412), Red Bell Peppers. Contains Soy.
Cooking Instructions
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the frozen Falafel in a baking tray. Fan bake for 10-12 minutes.
Pan Fry/ BBQ: Preheat BBQ or hot plate with 1 Tbsp oil. Place frozen Falafel onto the preheated plate & cook for 4-5 minutes each side.
Microwave: Place frozen Falafel in the microwave and cook on high for 1½-2 minutes.
All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Recommended centre temperature 72°C. Product requires further cooking prior to consumption. Keep Frozen (Store at or below minus 18°C). Once thawed do not refreeze.
