Ingredients
Kumara (68%), Seasoning (10%) [Rice Flour, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Yeast Extract, Colour (100), Vegetable Oil], Rehydrated Onion (7%) [Water, Onion Flakes], Potato Flakes [Emulsifiers (471, 450), Acidity Regulator (330)], Vegetable Oil, Thickener (1412), Onion Powder.
Cooking Instructions
Oven Bake: Preheat Oven to 200°C. Place the frozen Rosti on a tray.
Fan bake/grill for 10-12 minutes.
Pan Fry/BBQ: Preheat BBQ or hot plate. Place Frozen Rosti and 1 tablespoon of oil onto the preheated plate and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side on medium to high heat until
golden brown.
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 200°C. Cook for approx. 3 mins.
Air fry (1800W): Preheat to 200°C. Cook for approx. 6 mins.
All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Recommended centre temperature 72°C. Product requires further cooking prior to consumption.
Keep Frozen (Store at or below minus 18°C). Once thawed do not refreeze.
