Ingredients
Kumara (54%), Potato [Water, Dehydrated Potatoes, Emulsifiers (471,450), Antioxidant (Citric Acid)], Feta (Vegan) (7%) [Water, Sunflower Oil, Emulsifiers (1420, 1450), Coconut Flour, Salt, Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Mineral Salt (341), Natural Flavour, Yeast Extract, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (202)], Spinach (5%), Seasoning [Rice Flour, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Yeast Extract, Spice Extract (Turmeric), Vegetable Oil], Thickener (1412), Garlic (1%), Vegetable Oil.
Cooking Instructions
Oven Bake: Preheat Oven to 200°C. Place the frozen Rosti on a tray. Fan bake/grill for 10-12 minutes.
Pan Fry/BBQ: Preheat BBQ or hot plate with 1 Tbsp oil. Place frozen Rosti onto the preheated plate & cook for 4-5 minutes per side on medium to high heat until golden brown.
All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Recommended centre temperature 72°C. Product requires further cooking prior to consumption. Keep Frozen (Store at or below minus 18°C). Once thawed do not refreeze.

The family is part of the 22 kumara growers who supply the Delta Kumara group. 95% of Delta kumara is grown within 15 kilometres of the packhouse which is situated on the outskirts of the Dargaville Township, New Zealand.
