Pumpkin Pattie Lunch Wrap
Ingredients
(Serves 4) 4 flavoured wraps of your choice 8 Cool Gardener Pumpkin & Spinach Burger 4 serves fancy lettuce and or spinach leaves 2 vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced 1 carrot, grated or peeled into ribbons Cucumber slices Avocado, sliced your favourite chutney or sour cream drizzle
Method
1. Bake, pan fry or BBQ the pumpkin patties until golden and thoroughly heated.
2. Fold wraps in half then half again to make a pocket fold. Fill with salad greens and sliced tomato, cucumber, avocado and grated carrot then add the warm patties.
3. Finish with a dollop of chutney and a drizzle of sour cream. Season with cracked pepper.
