Pumpkin (22%), Batter [Water, Rice Flour, Maize Flour, Thickeners (1420, 415, 412), Salt, Yeast, Extract, Natural Flavour, Mineral Salts (450, 500), Dextrose, Spices], Carrot (11%), Cooked Brown Rice (11%), Seasoning [Thickeners (1442, 1401), Sugar, Spices, Desiccated Coconut, Salt, Corn Starch, Emulsifier (401), Vegetable Fibre, Vegetable Oil], Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs [Rice Flour, Maize Flour, Salt, Dextrose (Tapioca, Maize), Mineral Salts (450, 500)], Sautéed Onion [Onion, Canola Oil], Polenta, Spinach (4.5%), Vegetable Oil, Corn Starch, Organic Black Quinoa (0.5%)

Cooking Instructions

Oven Bake: Preheat Oven to 200°C. Place the frozen patties on a baking tray. Fan bake for approx. 14-16 minutes.

Pan Fry/ BBQ: Preheat pan with 1 Tbsp oil on medium heat. Place the frozen burger on the preheated pan and cook for approx. 6 minutes per side, turning until golden.

All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Recommended centre temperature 72°C. Product requires further cooking prior to consumption. Keep Frozen (Store at or below minus 18°C). Once thawed do not refreeze.
